# FAQ

## **Installation:**

#### **What is an eSIM?**

eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card embedded directly into your device. Unlike traditional SIM cards, it doesn’t require a physical card to be inserted into your phone. Instead, eSIMs are downloaded directly onto your device and can be easily activated with a simple QR code scan or setup process. This technology provides more flexibility, such as switching carriers or adding new lines without having a physical SIM card.

#### **What devices are supported?**

eSIMhub is compatible with a wide range of devices that support eSIM technology. For a detailed list of supported devices, please visit our GitBook page for compatibility information.

#### **Can I use one eSIM for two devices?**

No, an eSIM can only be used on one device at a time. If you want to use eSIM services on another device, you need to transfer the eSIM, which can be done up to three times.

#### **What do I need for eSIM installation?**
